For me, caring for others has always felt like purpose.

My path into wellness has taken me through nursing, massage therapy, aesthetics, fitness and competitive bodybuilding — different worlds that have given me a unique understanding of the body, skin and the importance of feeling well.

My love for movement and the human body first led me to massage therapy, where I discovered how powerful intentional touch can be — not only for relieving tension and supporting the body, but for creating a moment where someone can simply slow down and let go.

My own experience with acne later sparked a passion for skin health. I know firsthand how deeply our skin can affect the way we feel, which inspired me to pursue advanced aesthetics and help others navigate concerns such as acne, pigmentation, texture and age management with thoughtful, personalized care.

Well by E was born from bringing all of these worlds together.

Today, I draw from my education and experience across nursing, massage therapy and aesthetics to create treatments that are never one-size-fits-all. Every appointment is thoughtfully tailored to you — your body, your skin, your preferences and what you need in that moment.

More than anything, I wanted to create a space where people feel safe, heard and genuinely cared for. A place where the smallest details are considered, your time is never rushed, and for a little while, nothing is expected of you.

Because sometimes, the greatest luxury is simply allowing yourself to be cared for.
