7 DAYS BEFORE
Discontinue retinoids and retinol products.
Discontinue exfoliating acids and active exfoliants, including AHAs, BHAs, glycolic, salicylic and mandelic acid.
Avoid scrubs, exfoliating pads and at-home peels.
Avoid waxing, depilatory creams and other potentially irritating treatments on the treatment area.
Keep your routine gentle, hydrating and consistent. This is not the time to introduce new active products.
2 WEEKS BEFORE
Avoid prolonged or intentional sun exposure, tanning beds and self-tanning products on the treatment area.
Avoid professional resurfacing treatments unless otherwise discussed with your provider.
Your skin should not be sunburned, irritated or sensitized at the time of treatment.

During the treatment:
A numbing cream is applied for comfort. The device is passed gently over the skin to create micro-channels. You may feel light prickling or vibration.Immediately after:
The skin may appear pink or flushed, similar to a mild sunburn. Tightness or warmth is normal.Results:
Glow appears within a few days. Collagen production continues for 4–6 weeks, with improvements building after each session. A series of 3–6 treatments is typically recommended. -
During the treatment:
Your skin is cleansed and prepared before a peel, carefully selected for your skin type and concerns, is applied. You may feel warmth, tingling or mild stinging as the peel works on the skin.Immediately after:
The skin may appear slightly pink or flushed and can feel warm, tight or sensitive. Depending on the peel, these sensations typically settle shortly after treatment.The following days:
Mild dryness, tightness or flaking may occur as the skin renews. Some clients experience visible peeling while others experience very little — peeling is not necessary to achieve results.Results:
Skin gradually appears brighter, smoother and more even in tone and texture. Results continue to improve as the skin renews, with a series of treatments often recommended for concerns such as pigmentation, acne, uneven texture and signs of aging. -
Immediately after:
Redness, warmth, tightness and sensitivity are normal. Following microneedling, the skin may appear flushed similar to a mild sunburn. Following a chemical peel, dryness or flaking may develop over the following days.For the first 24–48 hours:
Avoid strenuous exercise and excessive sweating.
Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs and excessive heat.
Avoid swimming.
Avoid direct or prolonged sun exposure.
Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area unnecessarily.
Use only gentle, hydrating skincare recommended to you.
Following microneedling, avoid makeup for the first 48 hours.
For the next 5–7 days:
Avoid retinol and retinoids.
Avoid AHAs, BHAs and exfoliating acids.
Avoid vitamin C and other potentially irritating active ingredients.
Avoid scrubs, exfoliating pads, cleansing brushes and at-home exfoliation.
Do not pick, scratch or manually remove peeling or flaking skin.
Avoid waxing, threading, depilatory creams and other resurfacing treatments (LASERS FOR 2 WEEKS)
Keep the skin well hydrated and protected.
Sun protection:
Your skin will be particularly vulnerable to UV exposure following treatment. Avoid unnecessary sun exposure and wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30–50 daily, reapplying as appropriate.Returning to your regular skincare:
Once redness, sensitivity, dryness and flaking have completely resolved and the skin feels back to normal, active ingredients may be gradually reintroduced according to your personalized recommendations.Remember:
