Cancellation Policy.

A 48 hr notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) and no-shows will be charged 50% of the session fee.

Emergencies happen—please contact me as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend your appointment.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full session. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, depending on availability. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a late cancellation fee may apply.

It is mandatory for all male clients to wear underwear and be draped properly at all times during massage sessions. I reserve the right to deny or terminate any session immediately in any case and the full amount of the session will still be required.

A cleaning fee may be assessed at the therapist’s discretion if sheets are soiled. The fee will be determined based on the extent of the damage and cleaning required.

When booking a massage + facial package, please note that only the massage portion of the service is eligible for insurance coverage. The facial portion is considered an esthetic treatment and is not covered by insurance providers.
